My work is an on-going study of the profound intimacy between parents and their children—an ever-evolving relationship shaped by closeness, transformation, and eventual separation.

The physical and emotional intensity of early parenthood is both unparalleled and fleeting. Through these images, I seek to preserve those ephemeral moments of connection, offering a perspective that challenges conventional ideals of what parenthood should look like. My goal is not just to document but to witness—to hold space for the love, tenderness, and often messy, exhausting reality of this experience.

The prenatal period, a threshold of immense growth and transformation, is central to this exploration. As both a doula and photographer, I have the privilege of supporting parents through this profound transition while also capturing the quiet, deeply personal moments that define it.

I am equally drawn to the way children engage with the world—the way they express their individuality, assert their independence, and gradually carve a path away from their origins. There is a bittersweet beauty in watching a child move outward, stepping away from the familial embrace toward the vast unknown.

I would be honored to work with you and your family to document some of these moments in your life. There is no need to look “perfect” here, my wish is to photograph your family just as you are now.
